My 9/3 Experience
I still remember that on September 3, I was standing inside the World Trade Center and I asked my friend, "Do you want to go look around a bit here?" I answered myself and said, "Nah, that's ok, I'll just visit it next time. It's not like it's going anywhere!"
Yep, that's what I said. That line came back to me the instant I heard that the planes crashed...

Mi ankoraŭ memoras ke la 3-an de septembron, mi staris en la Monda Negoco Centro kaj mi diris al amiko, "Ĉu vi volas pli esplori ĉi tie?" Mi respondis al mi mem kaj diris, "Ne, ne gravas, mi simple vizitos ĝin venontfoje. Ĝi certe ne moviĝos!"
Jes, tion mi diris. Tio revenis al mi ĝuste kiam mi aŭdis ke la aviadiloj kraŝis...
